Tournament control
Includes legacy app defaults (2/4/8/12/16) even before they exist in Firestore. Edit or remove from lobby without touching live matches.
Independent joinable events. OPEN events with zero joined players can be edited or removed safely; joined/live events stay locked for audit safety.
